Class Challenge - Energy in Action!

In this interactive game, students will step inside the human body, working together to keep it powered up! They’ll take on different roles, moving and reacting just like real organs and cells as they process sugar for energy.

Can they work as a team to deliver energy where it’s needed? How do the muscles respond when they’re fueled? What happens when fat cells store or release energy? Through movement and teamwork, students will discover how the body balances energy in a fun and engaging way—without even realizing how much they’re learning!

This hands-on activity will help consolidate their learning as they build a unique Youth Evolution meal plate!

What will the workshop consist of?

All activities are adapted to meet the needs of the age group and student needs. Suitable for EYFS, KS1 & KS2!
